How to recover your seller account in Shopee?

To recover your Shopee seller account, follow these steps:

  1. Go to shopee.com It will automatically direct you to your default country based on your browser.

  2. Click on Seller Centre on the upper right hand corner of the page:

  3. Click on Forgot Password from the Login page.

  4. Enter the email address or phone number associated with your account. Then, hit Next.

  5. Access your mailbox and open the email from Shopee entitled: Reset your Shopee password. Click the link to set a new password.

  6. Create a new password based on the given requirements. Then, hit Continue.

  7. Continue to log in to shopee.com with your new credentials.
